Region 20 Pre-Kindergarten

Pre-Kindergarten is open to all Goshen, Litchfield, Morris, and Warren pre-kindergarten aged children 3 or 4  years of age prior to September 1, 2024. Our elementary schools in each Region 20 town offer morning and afternoon sessions, based on student enrollment.

Daily Sessions
9:00 a.m.—11:30 a.m.
1:10 p.m.— 3:40 p.m.

The program is designed around the developmental needs of typical and developmentally delayed children. Our program focuses on the following skills:

  • Literacy

  • Numeracy

  • Fine Motor

  • Social Skills

Families may specify a preference for the morning or afternoon session in their application. Available seats will be filled through a lottery.

The cost for the pre-kindergarten program is $3,000 per year.  Please see more tuition details below.

Please download and complete the Pre-Kindergarten Application. These should be returned to your town's elementary school by February 27, 2024. You may find our list of schools here.

Family Events

Information Session (Parents Only)
Parents will learn about our three and four-year-old pre-kindergarten program.  This event typically occurs in February (February 6, 2024).

Open House (Parents & Children)
Parents and children will have an opportunity to meet the teachers and participate in interactive activities together.

Dates and times will be emailed to parents at the end of the registration period.

* Pre-Kindergarten students with a pre-kindergarten sibling(s) will each receive a 10% discount on tuition.

Payments may be made in ten monthly installments and will be due before the first of each month. Please make checks payable to Regional School District No. 20 and include your child’s name and the month on the check. If your child is on Husky A or Husky B, please send proof as well. Mail to:
